Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  1. Remember to check for this before starting a return
    1. Your product was purchased through EPIC OFFICE SOLUTIONS website or sales phone number.
    2. To return or exchange an item, you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from EPIC OFFICE SOLUTIONS.
    3. In case of malfunction or warranty issues, first contact EPIC OFFICE SOLUTIONS Support for help via exchange@epicofficesolutions.com . Should a return still be necessary, an Epic Office Solutions Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number may be requested.
    4. Your purchase was made up to 30 days prior.
    5. A restocking fee of up to 10% may apply.

  1. Returns and exchanges must be authorized by Epic Office Solutions and they are subject to the following conditions:
    1. Returns of non-stocked items (special orders) may not be accepted.
    2. Returned products may incur freight charges and/or re-stocking fees.
    3. Returned products must be of merchantable quality with original packaging, unless the issue relates to faulty product or the product is under warranty.
    4. Returned products may be subject to the manufacturer’s warranty conditions. For information and conditions about guarantees and warranties please email sales@epicofficesolutions.com .
    5. Do not refuse delivery or return the product without contacting EPIC OFFICE SOLUTIONS first to obtain an RMA. Any product returned outside the EPIC OFFICE SOLUTIONS Online Store Returns & Exchange policy without authorization may result in a delay or denial of your refund. Also, you assume full liability for products that may be lost or stolen..
    6. Your replacement for exchanges will be initiated once we confirm receipt of the returned item.
    7. Our return policy on most products* is 30 days from delivery. If your order is outside of the return window, please contact EPIC OFFICE SOLUTIONS Support or product support. * Check product for specific return policy such as non-returnable products or unopened only
    8. Exceptions for returnable items apply, including but not limited to:
    9. Large format printers are not returnable unless the product is defective.
    10. The return label we email to you will enable you to return the item to us.
  1. Should you have a major problem with a product, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund as follows:
    1. Replacement products will be of an identical type to the product originally supplied, subject to availability.

Refunds

  1. Your refund will be initiated once we receive and inspect your return. Please allow us up to 10 business days to complete inspection. Once completed, you will receive email confirmation of your refund or exchange.
  2. EPIC OFFICE SOLUTIONS may deny refund or exchange for any returns that have been tampered with, have missing parts, have been misrepresented and/or are not received and inspected by our warehouse.
  3. Refunds will be the same amount you have already paid, provided in the same form as your original payment.
  4. Original shipping and handling charges may not be refunded.
  5. We can only issue refunds back to the original form of payment. When you return items from a group of items purchased, the remaining amount spent may no longer be eligible for any discount you may have received. If this is the case, the discount is subtracted from the price you paid for the returned item. To receive a complete refund, all items from the original purchase must be returned.
  6. EPIC OFFICE SOLUTIONS reserves the right to deny any returns in circumstances involving repeated returns or other abuse.
