  1. Local Delivery within a 40-mile radius
    • This option is ideal for customers who are in close proximity to your physical location.
    • It offers a quick and convenient delivery service within a specified radius, making it suitable for local customers who want to receive their items promptly.
  2. Shipping
    • Shipping via FedEx provides a dependable and widely recognized courier service.
    • This option is suitable for customers who are located beyond the local delivery radius but still with the FedEx service network.
    • FedEx offers various shipping options, including express services for faster deliveries and standard services for cost-effective shipping.
    • Epic Office Solutions is now offering free shipping on supply orders over $99.00 in the contiguous United States. A qualifying order will be shipped via ground shipping on a carrier of Epic Office Solutions choosing.
    • Free shipping does not apply to next day air, two-day air, three day select, COD's, special orders, drop shipments or shipments requiring freight truck. Oversized and products with additional handling include but not limited to equipment.
  3. Freight
    • Freight shipping is typically used for larger or heavier items that may not be suitable for standard parcel carriers.
    • This option is well-suited for bulk shipments, oversized items, or goods that require special handling.
    • Freight shipping often involves palletized or crated cargo and may require coordination with a freight carrier for delivery.
    • Please make sure that delivery location is accessible by a Motor Freight Truck. Someone must be present at the time of delivery to unload freight from truck. Down stacking may be required. If Freight Company has to use a lift gate or any other equipment at time of the delivery YOU are subject to a $125 accessorial charge. You must provide a good daytime phone number, where you can be reached to set an appointment for delivery. If no one is present at the time of delivery the shipment may be returned to Epic Office Solutions at customer’s expense.
    • PLEASE INSPECT YOUR MOTOR FREIGHT SHIPMENT FOR DAMAGES PRIOR TO SIGNING DELIVERY RECEIPT. If you discover any damages or shortages, make a full description of the damages, or list any shortages on the freight bill before signing.
    • IMPORTANT!!! If you sign the freight bill without noting damages or shortages, then you are indicating to the freight carrier that the shipment was received complete and without damage
    • (If you do not see a picture and message attached to your freight order with the information listed above, then your freight order may be tampered with.)
